Ermidio Alves is the President of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Management Leaders, the first Coldwell Banker brand of property management franchises in Canada.

Over the last 40 years, Ermidio has developed, restructured, managed and sold thousands of condominium units to investors and investment syndicates in Ontario, Alberta and Florida.

Ermidio is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a Certified Property Manager, a Registered Condominium Manager, a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, and a Professional Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute.

Frank Parisi

Chief Financial Officer

Frank holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from York University, and has over 25 years of accounting, management, and corporate experience.

Bringing forth experience from holding various senior roles at small, mid-size and multinational organizations, Frank joined the company in 2021 handling predominantly Commercial and Industrial Properties, Retail Plaza’s, and Condominium Corporation portfolios.

Pedro Coelho

First Vice-President, Marketing & Real Estate Manager

Pedro’s path in property management started in 2014 working with both commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Pedro is a M.Sc. in Marketing Management and comes from a professional background of
International Sales.

Holding a General License by the CMRAO and an RCM – Registered Condominium Manager – designation by ACMO, in 2017 he took on
the company’s Marketing role and in 2022 became First Vice-President.

Teresa Aiudi

Executive Secretary

Teresa has been serving the condominium industry since 2020. Teresa joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate Management Leaders as an on-site property management assistant in 2020, and transitioned from a Limited Licensee to a General Licensee Condominium Manager in 2022.

Teresa is a Business Accounting & Computer Systems graduate of Toronto School of Business and hold 20+ years of past experience in Business Administration, and 10+ years of experience in a Senior Financial Support role.
